FUNMILAYO ADAJU

Funmilayo Asedeko is a graduate of the University of Lagos, a holder of BSc and MSc (Psychology) degrees with specialization in Industrial Psychology. She worked for several years as an associate consultant with Blueocean consulting after her role as the Personal Assistant to the CEO of GS Microfinance Bank. She horned her human resources skills by attending various trainings with reputable organizations like LEAP Africa, Poise Nigeria and a host of others.

She has distinguished herself as an experienced and naturally gifted expert of human resource management, particularly in the areas of leadership, motivation, training and development, organizational behaviour, personnel testing, counselling, manpower planning and development and total quality management.

She is a member of the Nigerian Psychological Association and an intending member of the chartered institute of personnel management (CIPM).

Funmilayo handle the corporate services functions of the company to ensure effective stocking and delivery of products, efficient service of clients including warranty issues, human resources sourcing and development and also supporting the promotional activities of the company to ensure products and services are well advertised.
